How do I secure a booking?

If you are interested in securing any of my services I require a 50% deposit with the remainder due the day before the appointment.

Cancellation policy

48-hour notice is required for rescheduling without any penalties. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply, and it is due with the remaining payment the day before the scheduled appointment.Additional rate for consultation or source guide revisions $35+HST per 15 minute or per item and includes 2 new choices.Trade coordination starts at $35 for 15 minutes. Should more hours be needed, client will be charged in 15 minute increments.

Do you charge per email?

Additional Rates:

Consultation or Source Guide Revisions: $35 + HST per 15 minutes or per item, which includes up to 2 new choices.
Trade Coordination: Starts at $35 for the first 15 minutes. Additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments as needed.

These fees help cover the time I dedicate to managing multiple clients. Coordinating and responding to inquiries takes time away from ongoing projects for paying clients, and I appreciate your understanding.

What supplies do you provide?

Customers are responsible for the cost of all supplies. This may include paint, primer, wallpaper, and other required materials.

Do you offer any trade work?

I specialize in interior styling and decor. l can however send you recommendations of local skilled tradespersons to provide services if required.

Do you travel?

I love to travel, but with travelling I need to cover the time and gas spent getting outside of greater Saint John. A fee of $0.75 per km to and from outside of my region will apply per appointment.

Do you offer virtual consults?

If you are looking to have a meeting online, we can definitely set up a time to go over designs virtually. Contact me to set up your own personalized consult to help make your space more you!

What if we need more time for our consult?

If additional time is required or if revisions to your source guide are needed due to changes in your project direction, an extra hourly rate of $135 will apply, charged in 30 minutes increments.
